Bette Lawrence-Water is Principal Consultant with Spectrum Strategic Solutions, and is President of the AIM Center for Independent Living in Downers Grove, IL. She is an author, lecturer, and professional speaker with more than 25 years specializing in leadership, interpersonal communication, conflict management, and personal development. Since 2014, she shared her skills and leadership talents through international lectures and workshops.
